重組大鼠白細(xì)胞介素-4蛋白與其它公司提供的重組蛋白不同，rRtIL-4蛋白產(chǎn)品為采用CFS的無細(xì)胞麥胚蛋白合成系統(tǒng)表達(dá)出來的重組蛋白，可表達(dá)出對(duì)細(xì)胞有毒性、易被蛋白酶降解的蛋白；并獲得具有良好的可溶性，并有翻譯后修飾、從而部分具有功能的蛋白.同時(shí)獨(dú)有的全自動(dòng)蛋白純化技術(shù)則簡(jiǎn)便高效，將蛋白純化過程中對(duì)蛋白的損傷降低到*小程度.重組大鼠白細(xì)胞介素-4蛋白（全長(zhǎng)序列）產(chǎn)品可用于Western Blot驗(yàn)證、抗體制備、蛋白檢測(cè)、ELISA等試驗(yàn)中.

| Reconstitution | We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer containing 0.1 % BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at ≤ -20 °C. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions. |

| Background | Interleukin-4 (IL-4) is a pleiotropic cytokine that induces differentiation of naive helper T cells (Th0 cells) to Th2 cells and produced by mast cells, activated T cells and bone marrow stromal cells. It has many biological roles, including the stimulation of activated B-cell and T-cell proliferation, and the differentiation of CD4+ T-cells into Th2 cells. IL-4 can enhance both secretion and cell surface expression of IgE and IgG1 and also regulates the expression of the low affinity Fc receptor for IgE (CD23) on both lymphocytes and monocytes. The rat IL-4 shares about 40 % ~ 45 % a.a. sequence identity with human, mouse, rhesus macaque IL-4 and they are species-specific in their activities. |
